Q. How can I Sign Up for World TV Go account?

You can sign up for World TV Go account by visiting the link Here. Provide the necessary information and click on 'Sign Up'. A confirmation link will be send to your email. After clicking the confirmation link you are ready to Log in to World TV Go Account.

Q. How do I connect my Roku box?

After you connect your Roku set-box to the internet, an Activation code and QR code will be displayed on your TV screen. To activate your Roku device, you can either use the Activation code or the QR code.
If you intend to use the Activation code, then you need to follow the steps below:

Visit www.worldtvgo.com and create a World TV GO user account.

After you have successfully created the World TV GO user account, click on 'Roku' from the menu in the top right corner.

A 'Roku Device Registration' form will appear where you need to provide your World TV GO login username and password; and also include the activation code displayed on your TV screen.

Click on 'Register'.

You are now ready to use World TV GO on your Roku device.

Whereas, if you intend to use the QR code, then you need to follow the steps below:

Scan the QR code using your mobile device.

If you are already logged in to World TV GO, then a message will appear stating that you have successfully registered World TV GO.

If in case you are not logged in, then you should provide your World TV GO username and password.

Click on 'Register'.

You are now ready to use World TV GO on your Roku device.

Q. What is EPG, DVR?

EPG refers to Electronic Program Guide by which viewers can see the list of upcoming programs of a certain channel. This list consists of upcoming programs with the time frame at which the program will start and end.
On the order hand, DVR refers to Digital Video Recorder which is also known as catch-up. This feature enables viewers to go back in time and view programs/shows that they missed.

Q. I forgot my Password. What to do next?

In case you forgot your password, you can always click on 'Forgot Password?' in the login form to request a new password.

Q. I am having trouble logging in, what might be the issue?

Firstly, if you are a new user and logging in for the first time, it is necessary that you first click on the confirmation link that will be sent to you after you Sign up for the World TV GO account. The confirmation link is basically for the purpose to confirm whether one is an authentic user or not.
Secondly, you may have provided the incorrect user password. And that may also be the case that you are having trouble logging in to your account.
